# List country blocks

> Lists tenant country blocks. With `domain`, returns the blocks scoped to that recipient domain (which you must own). Without it, returns the account-wide blocks that apply to every domain you own. Country blocks run after allow and deny rules, so an allow rule for a sender still wins.
