# Billing

> How inbound filtering is priced and charged

## Pricing

Inbound filtering is a **flat monthly rate per domain**. You are **not** charged per email received, filtered, quarantined, or delivered. Send as much mail through it as your domains naturally receive at no extra cost.

| Plan | Rate |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| First domain | **Free** (free tier) |
| Additional domains | **\$3 per domain per month** |
| 6 or more domains | **Bulk discount available** — [contact sales](mailto:sales@jetemail.com) |

Every domain you add under **Inbound** → **Domains** counts toward your total. The first domain is always free regardless of plan size.

## Bulk pricing

If you're filtering 6 or more domains, reach out to `sales@jetemail.com` for a bulk rate. We can usually offer better per-domain pricing for hosting providers, agencies, and businesses managing larger fleets.

## How charges are applied

Inbound subscriptions are billed at the start of each month. When you add a new domain mid-month, the cost is prorated for the remainder of that month and rolled into the next invoice.

Removing a domain mid-month stops billing for the next cycle; we don't refund the partial month.

## Where to see your usage

Your active domains and current monthly cost are visible in the [Dashboard](https://dash.jetemail.com) under **Billing**. Past invoices and charge receipts are listed there as well.

## Questions about a charge?

If you see a charge you don't recognize or want a breakdown of a specific invoice, contact `sales@jetemail.com`.
