# BCC Emails

> Configure automatic blind carbon copy (BCC) recipients for all outgoing emails from your domain.

## Overview

Auto BCC Recipients allow you to add email addresses that will automatically receive a blind carbon copy (BCC) of every email sent from your domain. These recipients are invisible to the primary recipients and receive all outgoing emails for compliance, monitoring, or record-keeping purposes.

<Warning>
  BCC emails can only be configured if your domain is validated in the dashboard.
</Warning>

## Requirements

### Domain Validation

Your domain **must be validated in the dashboard** before you can configure BCC recipients. Domains added through control panels or manual DNS configuration cannot use this feature.

### Email Verification

<Info>
  All BCC email addresses must complete email verification before they can receive emails. A verification email will be sent after you save your settings.
</Info>

### Quota Impact

<Warning>
  Each BCC recipient counts as an additional email towards your quota. For example, if you send 1 email with 2 BCC recipients, this counts as 3 emails against your quota.
</Warning>

## Setting Up BCC Recipients

1. Log into your dashboard and navigate to your validated domain
2. Go to the **Settings** section and find **Auto BCC Recipients**
3. Click **Add BCC Recipient** and enter the email address
4. Click **Save**
5. Each BCC recipient will receive a verification email that must be confirmed

## Troubleshooting

**BCC option not available:** Ensure your domain is validated in the dashboard.

**Missing verification emails:** Check spam folders and ensure the email address is correct.

**BCC emails not received:** Verify the recipient's verification status and domain configuration.
