# Enhance

> Configuring a smarthost for Enhance Control Panel

## Setting up a Smarthost

Configuring a smarthost in [Enhance](https://enhance.com) will automatically route all outbound email through JetEmail's authenticated SMTP servers, improving deliverability and management.

### Configuration Steps

1. Generate a smarthost (or use an existing one) in your JetEmail [dashboard.](/outbound/getting-started)

2. Open **Servers** in the left sidebar

3. Select **Manage** on your target server

4. Navigate to the 'Email' role

5. Click **Settings**

6. Configure your smarthost settings:
   * Smarthost: relay.jetsmtp.net
   * Port: 25 (or 587)
   * Username: Your JetEmail SMTP username
   * Password: Your JetEmail SMTP password

Note: Inherited global settings will be tagged as 'Default'. Custom or edited settings will not show this tag.
