## Outbound Email (billed per email)

Transactional and relayed mail leaving your application. You are billed on messages sent.

Overage applies only to emails sent beyond the included volume. There is no daily sending cap on any plan.

### Which outbound plan is cheapest at a given volume

Pro plus overage costs exactly $75 at 375,000 emails per month, which is the point where Scale becomes the cheaper plan. Below 375,000 emails per month, Pro is cheaper. Above it, Scale is cheaper.

Every outbound plan sends across the anycast network in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Amsterdam and New York.

Enterprise adds a contracted SLA, a dedicated account manager, custom integration support, custom reporting, and the option to bring your own IPs. It is aimed at high-volume senders and hosting providers.

## Inbound Email (billed per domain)

Filtering, quarantine and routing for mail arriving at your domains. Message volume is not metered.

Every inbound domain includes spam, phishing and malware filtering, quarantine with one-click release, a customer portal for end users, digest emails (daily, weekly or monthly), delivery by SMTP, webhook or forward, API access, and the anycast network across Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Amsterdam and New York.

## Marketing Suite (billed per subscriber)

Campaigns, automation and reporting. You are billed on how many subscribers you store, not on how many emails you send them. Sending is unlimited on every paid plan.

Plans are available for up to 1,000,000 subscribers. Sending stays unlimited on every paid plan.

### How subscribers are counted

- A subscriber is a unique contact with a status of subscribed. Addresses are matched case-insensitively, so one address counts once.
- A contact in several audiences, segments or tags counts once.
- Unsubscribed, bounced and complained contacts are not counted and are not billed. Keep them for suppression at no charge.
- Contacts awaiting double opt-in confirmation are not counted until they confirm.
- Subscriber capacity is an entitlement, not a credit. It does not roll over.

JetEmail AI can write a complete email, including the subject line, preview text, copy and layout, or rewrite only the text you select. The allowance resets each month and there is no separate AI charge.

### Transactional email through the Marketing Suite

A paid Marketing Suite plan includes unlimited transactional email at no additional cost. It is not metered and there is no per-message price.

It has one constraint: transactional sends go through the API rather than SMTP, and every send references a template saved in JetEmail by ID. The subject, content and sender come from that template; the request supplies the recipient and any merge values. Raw HTML cannot be posted to this endpoint.

## Combining products

The three products bill independently and can be used on one account. Outbound is metered per email, Inbound is priced per domain, and the Marketing Suite is priced per subscriber.

Marketing campaigns send from marketing IP pools that are separate from the pools outbound and transactional traffic uses, so the sending reputation of one cannot affect the other.

## Add-ons

- **Dedicated IPs**: up to five dedicated IPv4 addresses, with IPv6 alongside them, assigned to the marketing domains you choose. Domains you do not assign keep using the account pool.

## Common questions

**Is there a free tier?** Yes, on all three products. Outbound is free to 3,000 emails per month, Inbound is free for the first domain, and the Marketing Suite is free to 1,000 subscribers. No credit card is required to start.

**Does unlimited sending really mean unlimited?** Yes. Every paid Marketing Suite plan sends an unlimited number of marketing emails. A 5,000 subscriber plan costs $29/mo whether you mail that list once a month or every day.

**How is the Marketing Suite different from Outbound plans?** Outbound is metered per email and is built for transactional traffic from your application. The Marketing Suite is metered per subscriber and is built for campaigns you compose and send to a list.

**Can I move an existing list over?** Yes. Import a CSV with your custom fields intact, or push contacts in through the API. Existing unsubscribes come with you.
