Global Infrastructure Expansion: Amsterdam and New York Locations Now Available

All email processing, delivery, and storage now available in EU, US, and APAC regions to meet compliance requirements and reduce latency

We're expanding our global infrastructure with new data centers in Amsterdam and New York. All email processing, delivery, and log storage now happens in these regions, giving you the flexibility to choose the location that best meets your compliance and performance needs.

Three Regions, One Platform

Starting today, you can choose where your email logs are stored across three strategic locations:

  • Amsterdam, Netherlands (EU) - Ideal for European businesses requiring GDPR compliance and EU data residency
  • New York, USA (US) - Perfect for North American customers needing US data storage and low-latency access
  • Sydney, Australia (APAC) - Our original location, optimized for Asia-Pacific customers

Compliance and Data Sovereignty

For many businesses, data residency isn't just a preference, it's a legal requirement. GDPR mandates that personal data of EU citizens must be stored within the European Union. Similarly, certain industries and jurisdictions require data to remain within specific geographic boundaries.

With our new regional data centers, you can ensure your email logs stay exactly where they need to be. All data stored in Amsterdam remains within the EU, while New York provides US-based storage for American compliance requirements.

Improved Performance

Beyond compliance, our global infrastructure delivers significant performance improvements. With our anycast network, customers are automatically routed to the closest region with no configuration changes required. This means your emails are processed faster, with an average reduction of 150ms in latency compared to our previous single-region setup.

Whether you're sending emails from London, New York, or Sydney, our system intelligently routes traffic to the nearest data center for email processing. Log storage is based on the region you selected during account creation, ensuring your data remains in your chosen location regardless of where emails are sent from.

How It Works

Our anycast network automatically routes your traffic to the closest data center with no configuration required. Email processing happens in the nearest region, and you can configure your preferred region for log storage in your domain settings.

We also provide a dedicated EU SMTP endpoint for customers who need explicit EU routing.

All email logs, including delivery events, bounces, and tracking data, will be stored in your chosen region.

For maximum reliability, our system automatically routes traffic to an alternate region if your primary region experiences any issues. This ensures zero email loss and continuous service availability, even during regional outages.

What's Next

This expansion is just the beginning. We're continuously evaluating additional regions based on customer demand and regulatory requirements. If you need data residency in a specific location, reach out to our team. We're always listening.
