About JetEmail
JetEmail is an Australian email company for developers, businesses and hosting providers. We bring transactional delivery, inbound filtering and email marketing together in one platform, with support from people who understand how email works.
Why we built JetEmail
After 15+ years in the web hosting industry, we kept running into the same problems. Hosting providers needed reliable email delivery for their customers, but every option was either too expensive, too complex or unreliable.
When deliverability drops or sending IPs get blacklisted, customers need a team that can investigate and act. We wanted to manage the email platform and network directly, so we could take a hands-on approach to delivery and support.
In 2024, we started building JetEmail. We operate our email platform and anycast network using our own autonomous system number (ASN) and IP address space, giving us control over network routing and how we manage our sending IPs.
JetEmail has since grown beyond SMTP delivery. We added a transactional email API, inbound filtering and a Marketing Suite for campaigns, automations, templates and subscriber management.

Our anycast network connects you to the nearest available location. If a region becomes unavailable, connections are automatically routed to another, keeping your email moving.

Our SMTP service launched publicly, followed by inbound filtering, a transactional API and tools to track every delivery.
