JetEmail is an Australian email company for developers, businesses and hosting providers. We bring transactional delivery, inbound filtering and email marketing together in one platform, with support from people who understand how email works.
Why we built JetEmail
After 15+ years in the web hosting industry, we kept running into the same problems. Hosting providers needed reliable email delivery for their customers, but every option was either too expensive, too complex or unreliable.
The bigger issue? Most providers don't actually control their own infrastructure. They're reselling capacity from upstream services, adding a margin and hoping things work. When deliverability drops or IPs get blacklisted, they open a ticket with their upstream and wait, just like you would.
We thought that was a terrible way to run email. So in 2024, we started building JetEmail: a platform where we own and operate everything, from the anycast network and IP pools to the spam filtering engine. No dependencies, no middlemen.
JetEmail has since grown beyond SMTP delivery. We added a transactional email API, inbound filtering and a Marketing Suite for campaigns, automations, templates and subscriber management.
One network across five cities
JetEmail operates from Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Amsterdam and New York. The cities share one anycast network, so connections are directed to the nearest available location and can move if a region is unavailable.

JetEmail is founded
JetEmail Pty Ltd was incorporated in Australia and work began on the first outbound email service.
- 2025
JetEmail opens to customers
JetEmail launched publicly with outbound SMTP, then added inbound filtering, a transactional API and delivery tools.
