Most email providers are wrappers around other services. We built our own infrastructure from scratch: the servers, the IPs, the filtering, the routing. When something breaks, we fix it. When you need help, we understand every layer.
After 15+ years in the web hosting industry, we kept running into the same problems. Hosting providers needed reliable email delivery for their customers, but every option was either too expensive, too complex, or unreliable.
The bigger issue? Most providers don't actually control their own infrastructure. They're reselling capacity from upstream services, adding a margin, and hoping things work. When deliverability drops or IPs get blacklisted, they open a ticket with their upstream and wait, just like you would.
We thought that was a terrible way to run email. So in 2024, we started building JetEmail. A platform where we own and operate everything, from the anycast network to the IP pools to the spam filtering engine. No dependencies, no middlemen.
When we say 99.9% deliverability, it's because we control the reputation of every IP we send from. We monitor blacklists in real time, rotate IPs automatically, and tune routing per destination provider.
When a customer has a delivery issue, we don't escalate to a third party. We look at the logs ourselves, check the IP reputation, and fix it. Usually within minutes, not days.
And we price it fairly. Unlimited SMTP users, no per-seat fees, and a free tier so you can try before you commit. We think email delivery should be a utility, not a luxury.
