A separate SMTP user per app, server or customer, each with its own quota and its own approved domains. IP restrictions narrow it further, to the addresses and CIDR ranges it is allowed to connect from.
One compromised site on a shared server cannot send as anyone else on it.

One switch and a credential sends for every customer domain, including ones never added to your account. No per-domain verification, no DNS to chase for every customer you sign.
If your servers already sign their own mail, that DKIM signature passes through untouched and reaches the recipient as yours.
Tracking, webhooks and device support

Enable tracking per domain. Opens and clicks appear in Metrics and can be filtered by SMTP user.
Delivery webhooks
Send delivery, bounce, deferral, open, click and complaint events to your application. Webhooks are signed and retried if your endpoint is unavailable.
Legacy device authentication
A device that cannot use SMTP AUTH can be allowed from one fixed IP address. Use this only when standard authenticated SMTP is not supported.
