Delivery from five regions

JetEmail sends from its own IP addresses in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Amsterdam and New York. Anycast routes each request to the nearest available region.

Delivery logs include the receiving server's response, and paid plans retain those logs for 120 days.

Sydney

SYD

Australian traffic lands here first, which matters when the sender and the recipient are both in the region.

Melbourne

MEL

A second Australian site, so APAC traffic has more than one city to land in.

Singapore

SIN

Southeast Asia egress, and the closest landing point for most traffic in the region.

Amsterdam

AMS

European egress and the closest landing point for most UK and EU recipient networks.

New York

NYC

North American egress, and where most of the large consumer mailbox providers are reached.

Inbound filtering and parsing

Both platforms can hand your application a parsed inbound message over a webhook. Only one of them will sit in front of your MX records and stop the phishing attempt before it reaches a mailbox, then hold it somewhere a human can review and release it.

If your product receives replies, that distinction is the difference between one vendor and two. Inbound is free on your first domain and $3 a month for each domain after that.

Resend comparison questions

What is the actual difference between JetEmail and Resend?
Both provide an email API, SMTP, tracking, webhooks and custom sending domains. JetEmail also provides inbound spam filtering for your MX records, separate SMTP users with quotas and IP allow lists, and longer log retention on paid plans.
Where does JetEmail send from?
JetEmail sends from its own IP addresses across Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Amsterdam and New York.
How does the pricing compare?
Both free tiers are 3,000 emails per month. Above that, JetEmail Pro is $10 per month for 50,000 emails with overage at $0.20 per 1,000. Resend's published Pro price is $20 per month with overage at $0.90 per 1,000, decreasing on higher Scale tiers.
Can I keep sending through Resend while I test JetEmail?
Yes. Add your domain, publish the SPF and DKIM records, and send test traffic through a separate API key before you move anything. Nothing about JetEmail requires you to cut over in one step.
What do I use to send?
A REST API, or authenticated SMTP if you would rather not change application code. There are SDKs for Node.js, Python, PHP and other common languages, a WordPress plugin, and integrations for cPanel and similar control panels. For a larger migration, email sales@jetemail.com.
