What counts toward the limit
A contact counts when its status is Subscribed. Contacts marked Unsubscribed, Bounced, or Complained remain available for suppression and reporting but are not active recipients. You can see current usage in:- Marketing → Contacts
- Billing → Subscription → Marketing
Free and paid plans
Paid pricing begins with the tier shown in the dashboard. JetEmail publishes a 5,000-subscriber plan at $29 USD per month; larger tiers and the price charged to your account are always shown under Billing → Subscription before confirmation.
Marketing broadcasts do not consume the quota of a separate Outbound plan. The Marketing transactional endpoint is also separate from the general Outbound transactional API.
Marketing transactional sending is subject to JetEmail’s fair-play policy and API rate limit even though paid plans have no monthly message allocation.
Change a plan
- Go to Billing → Subscription
- Find Marketing
- Move the subscriber slider to the tier you need
- Review its contact limit and monthly price
- Click Upgrade or Downgrade
- Confirm the change
Upgrade
An upgrade raises the subscriber limit after the plan change is processed. The exact charge and billing treatment appear in the confirmation flow.Downgrade to a smaller paid tier
You must first reduce subscribed contacts to the new tier’s limit. A smaller paid limit takes effect when the change is processed.Downgrade to Free
The Free downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Paid features remain active until that date. The 1,000-subscriber limit then applies. If you change your mind before the effective date, use Keep paid plan in the Marketing billing card.Reduce subscribed contacts
Before downgrading:- Open Marketing → Contacts
- Review contacts by search and tag
- Open a contact
- Turn off Subscribed
- Save changes
Image storage
The Marketing → Files page shows used, remaining, and total storage.- Free: 1 GB
- Paid: 1 TB
- Per-image upload maximum: 5 MB
- Accepted dashboard upload formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, and WebP
Dedicated IP add-on
Paid plans can add one or more dedicated Marketing IPs from the same billing card, up to the limit shown in the dashboard. Pricing is per IP per month. After provisioning, assign an IP:- Account-wide through the default Marketing pool configuration, where available
- Per domain under Marketing → Domains → the domain → Sending IP
