Before you send
Make sure you have:- An active Marketing domain
- A template with a valid sender and an unsubscribe link
- An audience containing permission-based subscribed contacts
- Tested content, merge fields, images, and links
Create a broadcast
- Go to Marketing → Broadcasts
- Click New broadcast
- Enter an internal name
- Select a template
- Select an audience
- Review the inherited sender
- Review or override the subject
- Add optional internal tags
- Save a draft, send now, or schedule
Changing the subject on a broadcast does not change the template’s saved subject. The from name, from address, reply-to, preview text, and body remain inherited from the template.
Save a draft
Click Save draft when the name and template are ready. An audience is not required until you send. Drafts reopen in the broadcast editor from the Broadcasts list. Use tags to label campaigns by team, initiative, region, or lifecycle.Send now
Leave Schedule blank and click Send now. JetEmail validates the audience and template, then queues the broadcast.Schedule a broadcast
- Enter a future local date and time under Schedule
- Confirm the date shown below the field
- Click Schedule
Broadcast statuses
While a visible broadcast is sending, the list refreshes its status and sent counts automatically.
Open the report
Draft and scheduled rows open in the editor. Sending, sent, and failed rows open the report.Headline metrics
The report shows:- Recipients — intended recipient count
- Sent — messages successfully handed into delivery processing
- Failed — messages that failed
- Pending — recipients not yet counted as sent or failed
- Open rate — unique opened messages divided by sent messages
- Click rate — unique clicked messages divided by sent messages
- Delivery rate — sent messages as a percentage of recipients
Recipient results
Search by recipient email and page through the message records. Status can include:- Queued
- Processed
- Deferred
- Delivered
- Rejected
- Complaint
- Opened
- Clicked
A deferred event is not necessarily a final failure. A receiver can temporarily defer a message and later accept it, so delivery-health statuses can overlap.
Find broadcasts
The list supports:- Search by internal broadcast name
- Filter by internal tags
- 25-row pagination
- Live status updates for active sends
