Marketing Suite Processing

The Marketing Suite stores contacts, campaign content and uploaded images. Cloudflare provides the object storage those images sit in and the network they are served from, and Cloudflare's cache is where image safety scanning takes place where it is enabled. Cloudflare Turnstile, where a customer enables it on a signup form, is provided under that customer's own Cloudflare keys and relationship.

The Marketing Suite includes optional AI features that help write and refine campaign content. Where a customer uses one of those features, the text submitted for that request is sent to OpenAI's API and processed there to return a suggestion. The features are used at the customer's choice, and content that is never submitted to them is never sent to OpenAI.

Marketing email is transmitted from JetEmail's own sending infrastructure. We do not use a third-party email service provider to send our customers' campaigns.

Changes to This List

We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor, by email or dashboard notice. Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period, as set out in Section 5 of our Data Processing Agreement. Where an urgent replacement is needed for security or continuity, we may act first and notify promptly afterwards.

Data Protection Standards

We carefully select and regularly review our subprocessors to ensure they meet our high standards for data protection and GDPR compliance.

If you have any questions about our subprocessors or data processing practices, please contact our Data Protection Officer at legal@jetemail.com.
